Here’s a short post in honor of the meth monkey that came up with this originality:

It’s not exactly a stunning achievement or anything, but I wanted to announce that I have completed ICS-100: Introduction to the Incident Command System by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, and their Emergency Management Institute.

They even send you, electronically, a fancy certificate. Although it’s not a huge achievement, individuals actually are tracked by FEMA. [...]
