It’s not exactly a stunning achievement or anything, but I wanted to announce that I have completed ICS-100: Introduction to the Incident Command System by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, FEMA, and their Emergency Management Institute.

They even send you, electronically, a fancy certificate. Although it’s not a huge achievement, individuals actually are tracked by FEMA. Somewhere there is a database saying that I’ve completed this course. In case you were wondering, the independent study program is free by FEMA and is all done online.
